Information about IPO's (Initial Public Offerings)

The majority of the respondents suggested that I use DIALOG or SDC, neither of which we subscribe to here. For most of the websites and other resources folks recommended, most listed IPOs by city, a few by date, but never both. HOWEVER, we do have a winner.

Good old Edgar Online allows just this sort of search (URL below). As an added bonus, you can export the resulting table into Excel and sort to your heart's content (always a plus with our students).
