Corey Murata, who found that http://www.bloomberg.com and http://www.quicken.com gave some information for as far back as one year.

I also found, for those using Academic Universe, that by searching Stock Reports by company name and limiting the search by earnings, I was able to pull up some information on upgrades and downgrades from Nelsons.
