[Kip Altman] I maintain the largest website devoted to books about business (business history and management literacy) - www.kipnotes.com. Though annotations do not appear for the books, for the sake of brevity, I do maintain notes derived from book reviews on many of the books. The odds are probably high that these reviews, spanning more than a decade, appeared in the Wall Street Journal or New York Times newspaper or Book Review - and from major business magazines on occasion.
