taxonomies, this vendor-neutral workshop focuses on such advanced topics
as the metadata warehouse, centralization/decentralization strategies,
the role of metadata in the firm's information architecture, in-depth
look at various tools, and how to develop a "digital availability"

from both the system designer's and the user's point of view. Practicum

and deploy content using the seminar software.

The seminar is a vendor-neutral introduction to
the tools and techniques of acquiring, organizing, and publishing information
in print, Web, and database formats. The emphasis is on the special
requirements of companies in chemistry-related companies, including
pharmaceuticals, high performance materials, and others. Seminar taught
by Montague Institute Fellow John Morelli. Practicum taught by Montague
Institite founder Jean Graef.
