Managing the triple bottom line: Part III (abstract)

In the third and final part of this series, we move from theory to reality with a survey of Web reporting on a single triple bottom line issue - global warming. In looking at the topic from 4 different stakeholder perspectives, we found that the most successful Web sites focus on readers, not content, and use such Knowledge Base Publishing features as quality writing, documentation of sources, and user-friendly navigation schemes.
