Many of our members are wondering whether it’s possible to use Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) as the search function for both their intranet and public Web sites. With an improved set of features, tight integration with Microsoft Office programs, and low cost, MOSS 2007 is viewed as a possible contender against stand-alone search engines like Autonomy and Google.
