Mapping your knowledge space

New programs that help visualize knowledge space show great promise, but bandwidth limitations and other problems constrain their use. This article introduces software to help researchers visualize relationships among pieces of information. Using a corporate profile as an example, the author uses a program called The Brain to show "knowledge maps" in three perspectives -- customer, regulatory agency, and corporate communications.
