Review: Skandia's Navigator

In 1991, a team of accounting and finance specialists at Skandia's assurance and financial services unit began developing what they called a new "accounting taxonomy" (the Skandia Navigator) for intellectual capital. This article reviews four publications which give a unique perspective on the process they used and the reporting instruments they developed.
