Member Q&A The Member Q&A service lets participants tap the knowledge and experience of other members as well as Montague Institute contacts and staff. To initiate a question, members contact the Montague Institute by e-mail or telephone. Montague Institute staff formulate the question and disseminate it via e-mail without revealing the identity or company affiliation of the requestor. Staff summarize the responses and sometimes elicit additional information from respondents. The information gathered, along with staff commentary and relevant links, is published in the Montague Institute Review. Occasionally, Institute staff arrange conference calls between requestors and respondents. Members can contract for custom research services if more extensive data gathering, analysis, and reporting is needed. The Member Q&A service has several advantages over other networking methods, such as meetings and electronic bulletin boards (discussion groups):
